Renewable energy

The development of renewable energies in Germany has made significant progress in recent decades. The country has set itself the goal of continuously increasing the share of renewable energies in the power supply and in overall energy consumption.

The use of renewable energies brings many advantages such as the reduction of greenhouse gases, the improvement of air quality through fewer emissions, the elimination of dependencies in the power supply, but also the opening up of economic development potential through innovative technologies.

We supply some parts or components that are required for the operation of wind power, photovoltaic systems and heat pumps.

Windenergie
Germany is one of the world's leading producers of wind energy. There are both onshore and offshore wind farms that contribute to power generation.

  • Active components such as IGBT' and MosFET transistors and diodes
  • Passive components such as capacitors and inductors in the form of current sensors and transformers
  • For EMC, current-compensated chokes (CMCs), linear interference suppression chokes and capacitors. Cores made of VITROPERM
  • Connection technology in the form of plug connectors or also as cable assemblies

Photovoltaic
Germany has a high installed capacity of photovoltaic systems. The country has benefited from its feed-in tariff system, which provides incentives for the expansion of photovoltaic systems. In recent years, the cost of solar modules has fallen sharply, which has contributed to the wider acceptance and further expansion of photovoltaics.

  • Active components such as IGBT' and MosFET transistors and diodes
  • Passive components such as capacitors and inductors in the form of current sensors and also transformers
  • For EMC current-compensated chokes (CMCs) and linear interference suppression chokes and capacitors. Cores made of VITROPERM
  • Connection technology in the form of plug connectors
  • Protective device such as residual current sensors (DI)
  • Remote monitoring with DC/DC converter and/or PLC - or wireless communication (WLAN) and EEPROM's. Optional GaN component with discrete structure of the power supply
